I’m Marina, Coach and Healer, and I'm so excited to finally share the culmination of my now nearly 20 year my journey into healing, coaching, and my authentic self with you with The.Portal.
​
It all started in 2016 when I signed up for a Swedish Massage course in London. Fresh out of traditional academia, I was seeking something more holistic and hands-on. Little did I know, that decision would open a portal (sorry!) to an entirely new world. I soon launched a remedial therapy business, ‘Recognise and Relieve,’ training to BTEC Level 5 in Sport and Remedial Massage as well as many biomechanical specialisms. This deep dive into the body taught me a ton about our body's roadmap and the importance of treating people-all people-with reverence and respect.

But I sensed there was more. The body alone wasn’t the full story—there was a connection between mind, body, and spirit. After working with marathon runners, stuntmen, and health professionals, I realised mindset played a huge role in healing. A Life Coaching diploma and a transformative Reiki session deepened my understanding, leading me to train as to Reiki Master level in Glastonbury. This experience changed everything.

As I integrated body, mind, and spirit, my passion for creative expression blossomed. I began helping entrepreneurs with copywriting, screenwriting, and social media. I joined a property investment group first as a project manager progressing to Director of Marketing. In my time there we raised over £6 million in investment through marketing, video marketing and social media. My successful leasdership in this area spurred me to create a unique Content Coaching service called The Real Life of Brands. I helped people authentically express themselves online, overcome their blocks, and trust their intuition. I worked closely with speakers, trainers, and investors to bring attention and impact to their audiences from a real place.

One of the biggest challenges I’ve seen in my clients is their limiting belief systems. We often do everything 'right,' yet old, unconscious beliefs keep holding us back. That’s where ThetaHealing® came in. I trained in ThetaHealing® in 2010, and again as an Advanced Theta Healer in 2021. Using muscle testing and focused meditation, I help clients reprogram those limiting beliefs, leading to deep transformation.

Lately, I’ve been drawn to supporting women leaders—helping them break free from limiting beliefs, heal, and step into their full potential. The need for women in leadership is stronger than ever, and I’m passionate about empowering you to lead.
