Before we meet: I’ll tune into your energy and current trajectory (using ThetaHealing®️) and draw up insights so we start straight in from depth.
Getting to the core: In session, I'll start with mirroring back to you the core block or misalignment that may be clouding your voice, direction or energy. We'll clearly identify what else is hampering your voice.
Working with the body: meditative belief work to gently dissolve the old story currently blocking you (trust me, there is one! Often historical, protective or outdated) so you feel lighter, clearer, and ready to expand into your message more.
Co-creative space: we'll re-articulate the vision, any new boundaries and your aligned direction
A light action plan: (combining personal, energetic and strategic steps) that’s deeply grounded and genuinely do-able so real momentum starts here.
