Week 1:
Desire -
The Real Vision
We start with desire. Raw, honest, unapologetic. What do you really want to lead, create, stand for? Here we meet your real vision - not the edited one. Desire brings up fear, grief, and all the 'no's.' We learn to hold them and move forward anyway. This is about visioning beyond what you thought was possible. Because the future calling you in is bigger than your current mindset can imagine.

Week 4:
Forming the Message
What are you really here to say? We uncover your core theme, key messages, and personal stories that want to be shared. This is not storytelling for its own sake - this is how you rouse, inspire, and move others to act. Expect emotional honesty, fire-starting clarity, and creative awakening. This is where your leadership begins to take shape - not just through truth, but by inspiring momentum and change.

Week 2:
Readiness & Space-
The Willingness to Grow
Are you really willing to put yourself first - as an act of devotion to the mission that’s chosen you? In this step, we clear space for what wants to come through. We dissolve outdated identities, stories, and loyalties. When you honour yourself, you honour the work. We’ll explore how putting yourself first isn’t selfish — it’s sacred. It’s the root of service-led leadership that doesn't burn out or abandon itself.

Week 5:
Voice & Freedom - You have a right to speak
You are not meant to blend in. Week 5 is a liberation chamber: we dissolve the gags of patriarchy, conditioning, self-censorship, and inherited fear. We explore voice work as spiritual reclamation. Expect to speak truths you didn’t know you were ready for, and to discover what makes your message utterly unignorable. We create space for bold storytelling, articulation, and expressive freedom. Truth-telling rituals, rhythm work, and somatic exploration included.

Week 3:
Enter The.Portal - Saying YES (and NO)
This is the moment. You say yes to your path. You say no to anything that drains, distracts, or diminishes. This week is about energetic commitment and clarity: defining your way, trusting your timing, building connection with a higher power, and recognising the path you’re really here to walk.

Week 6:
Leadership - Stand Up, Stand Strong, Stand Out
Define the kind of leader you want to be. We clean up distortion around visibility, power, competition and sisterhood. We dismantle performative leadership models and unhook from external approval. This week is about recognising your difference as your greatest strength - and understanding why you are the one to lead this. We work with your story, your values, and your lens of the world to build the confidence that allows you to take up space your way.
Week 7:
The YOU Package
Now we bring it all together. We revisit your original vision—and refine it with the clarity, power, and self-backing you now embody. This is about articulation: creating a visible offering that people can connect with, reach for, and say yes to. Think: a soulful, magnetic 'leadership brochure' that captures who you are and what you stand for. This is your moment to step forward.

What we actually do in True Era
This isn’t a 'mindset' or 'leadership' course. This isn’t about ‘finding your niche’ or even developing a personal brand.
Inside True Era, we work with the actual reasons you’ve been stuck - the hidden, layered, persistent patterns and stories that block your voice, expression, your body, leadership and your ability to hold your vision and share it with the world in the way you want to.​

We use voice and body practices that go well beyond confidence. They help you feel your magnetic yourself again, especially when your old survival patterns want to run you out of the room you've worked so hard to be in!
We work with belief systems held in the body. Somatic recalibration. Truth-telling that doesn’t just sound smooth but lands because it’s real, and it’s yours.
You’ll practice saying, writing and creating things you’ve never dared to before - not to provoke and trigger yourself or others but to liberate. How to hold a message in your body, not just your head. How to stay with your power when the old patterns would’ve backed you out of the room. Why I built True Era
I built True Era because I know the heartbreak of having something real to say - and feeling like you just…can’t.
Can’t quite fully stand behind the words. Can’t fully feel your voice. Can’t get past the fear and uncertainty.

I’ve lived every block this program helps you move through. The perfectionism, the self-censorship, the chronic editing. The sporadic disconnection from body, message, meaning. The endless feeling of 'almost' - almost ready, almost clear, almost fully visible but still not quite stepping up and stepping in.
I’ve spent years inside that ache. And I’ve spent just as long finding my way out - through energy healing, embodiment work, vocal reclamation, identity deconstruction and a relentless devotion to truth. Not the performance of it. The embodiment of it.
