I am thrilled to be launching The.Portal Coaching Circles in 2025! These circles are a culmination of my nearly 20 years of experience working with the body, mind and spirit. This is going to be huge! Each Portal Coaching Circle is:​
A transformational, private, six-month coaching program for a select group of women looking to step through to greater leadership, visibility and impact.

A spiritual and personal yet practical journey over 7 steps which aims to reveal a yet deeper purpose for your leadership and help you manifest your vision.
A powerful, supportive space to create the kind of opportunities your soul is searching for.

Desire:
The Real Vision
In Step one of The.Portal, we go bravely into our *real* desires. It's a time to be lovingly honest, stubbornly hopeful, and go large! With deep desire can come fear, grief and all the 'no's. We will learn to hold all of it and bravely move forward.

Enter The Portal:
Saying YES!
Entering The.Portal is consciously saying YES to all that has been revealed and what is yet to come! It is an acceptance of our power and ability to change the world positively. Here we examine our selves in connection to others and trust with a higher power.

Readiness & Space:
The Willingness to Grow
Are we willing to let go of all that stands in the way of our bigger purpose? Step two prepares us for expansion, unmasking limiting beliefs and stuck-on-repeat stories. Hand-in-hand we dissolve their power. What will come, when lasting space is created?
5.
Leadership: Stand Up, Stand Strong, Stand Out
Going up and bringing others up with us will take courage and focus. How will we lead from here on in? Step 5 gets us clear and grounded by tackling issues around gossip, judgment, boundaries and habits. Let's set our new feminine leadership trajectory without apology!
7.
The YOU package
Now we can return to the 'what' with a full heart. What is the vision we have received? Who is it for? How will we share it? This final step gives us the 'details' and articulates our leadership so that others can connect with and be moved by it. The YOU package is an irresistible gift to the world. All there is left to do is send it out!

Self-attunement:
The Body
We lead with the body. Step three physically integrates our desire and enables a sense of wholeness crucial to our leadership. Success in our purpose relies on a *trusted* connection with the body as a guiding instrument. Archetypes, movement, and observation work will assist us.

Voice and Freedom:
You are UNIQUE
Freedom of voice is our birthright. Let's delve into voice, the role of the patriarchy, self-imposed gags, the illusion of restriction and becoming FREE! Let's liberate ourselves and be speakers of the truth. 1-2-1 voice work will help us hear our heart's unique sound. Expect high impact!
